The CTB9000 is a higher-end model of the dry well temperature calibrators in the CTD9100 and CTD9300 series. This temperature calibrator experiences increased measurement uncertainty due to thermal conduction errors caused by shallow insertion depth; however, this can be resolved by using this product with a stem length of 70 mm or less. Improvements have also been made for calibrating multiple probes simultaneously, allowing for the calibration of thermometers with different stem lengths all at once. You can choose from two temperature ranges: -35 ... +165 °C and 40 ... 225 °C, with an option available for up to 255 °C. The CTB9100 reduces thermal conduction errors and measurement uncertainty through temperature control in a liquid tank with a diameter of 60 mm and a depth of 150 mm. Calibration temperature can be easily and very quickly controlled using two keys on the controller. The actual temperature and the set temperature can be displayed simultaneously on a large, high-contrast 4-digit LCD, significantly reducing human error due to reading discrepancies.
